Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop strategies and expand our client network.

Client Consulting: Act as a trusted partner for our clients, creating tailor-made solutions.

Innovation & Growth: Contribute fresh ideas and help us continuously improve our services.

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee leadership development programs from start to finish.
Your Skills & Experience

At least 3 years of experience in consulting or learning & development, ideally in the field of "Leadership Training & Coaching"

Passion for leadership development & organizational growth

Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for networking & client relations

A structured, self-driven approach with a hands-on mentality

Excellent communication skills in German & English
