Key Account Manager Wires Industry (m/f/x) | Wien, AT
YOUR TASKS
- Support and further development of important Key Accounts & New Customer Aquisition for our industry business
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Customer support and acquisition to achieve planned revenue targets
- Identification of business opportunities and development of strategies to increase sales
- Negotiation of contracts and conditions
- Collaboration with internal interface departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cross-functional project planning and processing of customer requests and inquiries
- Driving innovation within the scope of responsibility and aligning day-to-day operations with current trends and „state of the art" methodologies
- Ensuring the maintenance and achievement of the defined KPI's
- Preparation of market and competition analyses (with support of Product management)
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management in the global technical and manufacturing environment (B2B wires industry)
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Ability to work independently and structurally with strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Business fluent in German & English (C1)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (40%)

- We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position. According to our collective agreement, this is Euro 3.251,09 (full-time basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed in a personal interview.
