Then join us as a Team Coordinator to our International On Premise Key Account & Distribution Team in our Red Bull HQ in Salzburg, Austria!
You will be responsible for collecting and managing Global Key Account Contractual Voids, KAT Files, Vending Tracker Files, Reach Submissions, and Cross Channel Volume tracking from all markets at designated intervals throughout the year. This includes facilitating feedback between the team and markets, coordinating the aggregation of data, and ensuring accurate and timely uploads to the respective dashboards in alignment with the Business Application Team and the Off Premise Team.
You'll be working in partnership with our Global Head of On Premise Talent Management to create an overview of all the trainings delivered at the individual participant level to understand who has been trained and in which training they have participated. Additionally, you'll help facilitate with the Project Management & delivery of all the Global Training Academies.
You'll be producing quarterly reports to showcase and measure growth of the project.
You'll be utilizing all the data available (KAT, Vending Tracker, Project Compass, Reach, Cross Channel, Bull Checker/GET, etc.) and evaluating the Distribution & Volume opportunities per Head Coach Region, per country, per channel, and per segment as well as turn the wealth of data we have into actionable insights for the markets to utilize with a targeted focus.
You'll be overseeing team administration, coordinating key meetings and customer experiences, managing global headcount tracking, ensuring effective project execution within budget, and creating impactful presentations for various high-level sessions and summits.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.195 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
