What You'll Do:
- Strategic Pricing & Yield Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies based on demand forecasts, seasonality, and competitor analysis.
- Market Monitoring & Competitor Analysis: Continuously track market trends and competitor strategies to optimize offers and enhance competitiveness.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytical tools to identify revenue opportunities and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Create and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and budgets that align with the hotel's financial goals.
- Inventory Management & Distribution: Manage room inventory across various distribution channels, ensuring optimal availability and maximizing revenue potential.
Your profile
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Revenue & Channel Management: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue or channel management within the hotel industry or related fields.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical skills and experience working with revenue management systems and distribution platforms.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate pricing strategies and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales;) to optimize overall strategy and performance.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices in revenue and channel management.
