In a Nutshell

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Area Off- and On-Premise Team and the European Regional Management Team to create impactful insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll design and manage dashboards, reports, and business tracking tools to help achieve key goals. You'll shape the future of European business reporting, develop a state-of-the-art analytics suite, and ensure data flows seamlessly.

Plus, you'll connect with a network of analysts and facilitate the European Insights Community, fostering collaboration and innovation across the region. You'll analyze trade sales volume, market data (eg. Nielsen), in-store data, and shopper insights, with 50% of your time focused on creating dashboards for the European On Premise team. Through market visits, you'll build local relationships, review results, gather best practices.

Deliver accurate reporting

You'll be at the heart of ensuring accurate reporting by managing and improving the European dashboard and reporting suite, consolidating essential commercial data across markets. Your insights will support key business reviews, your commercial overviews for market visits and planning cycles will support the team to drive growth in the markets. Working closely with the Area On Premise team, you'll contribute to the development of the On Premise dashboard. By staying proactive about new tools and technologies, you'll drive continuous improvements to reporting processes.

Generate business insights

You'll develop a strong business understanding to analyze and explore various data sources, generating insights both proactively and on request. Your focus will be on key strategic priorities, including in-store execution, distribution metrics, and consumer & brand KPIs.

Collaborate with the network of analysts, Off Premise Teams and HQ Teams

You will focus on building strong relationships with markets and key HQ stakeholders through one-on-one meetings/calls, market visits, and active participation in the Europe Insights Community. You'll work closely with these stakeholders also to implement and roll out global tools and solutions.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years proven experience in business insights or commercial analysis, with a strong track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, user-friendly, and easy-to-read reports and actionable insights.
  • Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Multicultural knowledge and empathy, with fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.), PowerPoint, business intelligence and data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Trifacta, Power BI and Tableau, and data extraction and manipulation tools like SQL and Python.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
