Join our International Customer Service team within Global Operations as an Export Specialist in Elsbethen, Austria.
In this varied role, you'll be an important part of our company's supply chain. For specific markets in the SEE & Pacific region, you'll be responsible for the order-to-cash process for our distribution partners and subsidiaries. Additionally, you'll be deeply involved in the process of product launches and changes in the existing SKU portfolio for your assigned markets and participate in continuous system and process improvements in your designated markets.
You'll be responsible for the order-to-cash process with our distribution partners, including credit risk management, as well as order management and the shipping process to our subsidiaries. This involves handling orders and closely aligning with our production planning team, creating deliveries, and preparing export documents and certificates when necessary. You'll oversee transport planning and monitor shipments until they reach their destinations, manage invoicing, and handle credit risk management for finished goods, visibility items, and branded vehicles.
You'll be deeply involved in the kickoff and setup of new finished goods and packaging materials (Standard-, In & Out SKUs, and Consumer Activations), as well as in making changes to existing materials (e.g., layout changes, recipe changes) for the entire SKU portfolio of your markets.
In addition to material master data, you'll be also responsible for maintaining customer master data and pricing conditions.
You'll maintain close alignment with our customers, as well as with internal and external business partners on all export-related topics and participate in system tests and implementation, especially if there are enhancements in the logistics environment of your markets.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
